The defending Indoor Football League champion Billings Outlaws manhandled the Alaska Wild 65-25 Saturday night in Billings, Mont.
It was the worst defeat of the season for the Wild, who slipped to 2-5. Their first four losses came by a combined eight points, but this time they suffered a beating.
Although the Wild jumped to a 6-0 lead on Kirk Hannah's one-yard dash, penalties and miscues hindered them all night.
Billings led 29-13 at the half and then produced a 36-point second half to take complete command.
Kendrick Perry rushed for a pair of touchdowns for Alaska.
