SarahPAC putting out 'feelers' in Iowa

According to a statement made to RealClearPolitics by a person connected to SarahPAC, former Gov. Sarah Palin's poltical action committee, recent reports that SarahPAC has no presence in the early-primary state of Iowa "are inaccurate." Unfortunately, there was no elaboration on the record. The report cites an Iowa Tea Party leader who confirmed on the condition of anonymity that people from SarahPAC had approached him for advice. The impression is that even though Palin's operatives don't have the high profile in Iowa that some Republican presidential hopefuls currently do, they are present in the state and have been, in the words of the report, "taking discreet steps ... that would help her build a credible campaign (there) if she decided to launch one."
