Moose Run update
Moose Run's Hill Course will open on 15 permanent greens Thursday -- hole Nos. 1, 6 and 16 will remain on temporary greens, according to the golf course's Facebook page.
Also Thursday, Moose Run's Creek Course will be on all permanent greens.

Greg Long got the win and Cameron Fabacher got the save Monday in Eagle River's 13-5 American Legion baseball victory over East at Kosinski Fields.

Oberg, Cox take titles
Jake Oberg came back from a set down to win the men's open singles championship and Mallery Cox won the women's open title in straight sets Sunday in the Cathy Tracy Tennis Tournament at The Alaska Club North.
