In a game between two of the state's top-ranked teams, the No. 1 Palmer Moose took a wild 49-42 win over third-ranked North Pole.
The back-and-forth battle wasn't decided until the final 76 seconds.
James Nisbett scored six touchdowns for Palmer, including the game-winner on an eight-yard run with 1 minute, 16 seconds remaining at North Pole's Patriot Pride Field.
The play kept the Moose undefeated (6-0 overall, 4-0 Railbelt Conference) and cost North Pole (5-1, 3-1) its undefeated status.
In another Railbelt Conference game between a Fairbanks team and a Valley team, West Valley turned back Wasilla 34-21 in Fairbanks. Lorenzo Graham rushed for three touchdowns for the Wolf Pack, who got an 85-yard interception return for a touchdown from Charles Sudduth.
Ben Fielder threw three touchdown passes to three different receivers to lead Wasilla.
