West quarterback Conor Feckley, the Cook Inlet Conference passing leader, topped the All-CIC football team Tuesday, winning Offensive Player of the Year honors.
In six games in Alaska, Feckley, a returning all-state senior, passed for 1,577 yards and 13 touchdowns.
South linebacker Dalton Sauder was voted Defensive Player of the Year by league coaches.
Two of East's top players were rewarded for their stellar play, with Utility Player of the Year Jarred Laws making the first team as a wide receiver and a defensive back, and Lineman of the Year Ma'o Tosi making the first team as a defensive lineman.
Defending large school state champion Service swept the coaching awards after the Cougars went undefeated in the CIC for the second straight season. First-year head coach Numi Ilalio won Coach of the Year, and William Fomai won Assistant Coach of the Year.
