Lynx flag football team stays undefeated

The unbeaten Dimond flag football team has already locked down the top seed for next week's Cook Inlet Conference playoffs, but uncertainty still exists for the second and third-place teams in the final week of the regular season.

By virtue of Monday's win over Chugiak, West moved into second place, but if the 8-5 Eagles lose to East on Thursday, the 8-5 Mustangs can regain second place with a win over Service.

The CIC regular season comes to a close with all eight teams in action Thursday. The playoffs are scheduled to begin Tuesday.
