Welfare Check – Caller expressed concern about being unable to contact a friend by phone for the last several days. An officer contacted the friend, who stated that he turns his phone off when he's sober.

Disorderly Conduct – Caller reported a rude, belligerent man was swearing at and threatening employees because a fax had not been received as expected. An officer contacted the man and advised him that he could be charged with a crime if his behavior continued.

Public Safety – Officers advised a would-be driver that he was too intoxicated to drive and should seek another mode of transport for his return home.

DUI – An inebriated man who had been advised by officers 12 minutes earlier not to drive was found doing exactly that. Jesse R. Weekly, 24 yoa, of Unalaska, was arrested for Driving under the Influence.

Assistance Rendered – Caller reported a dump truck unloading boulders on Bayview Avenue. An officer responded to the area and found no abandoned boulders on the roadway.
