Letter: Shopper shared Christmas spirit

I was grocery shopping Dec. 21 at Carrs Aurora Village in the late evening. I was using an electric car since I am disabled with multiple sclerosis. I felt a tap on my shoulder; a woman said, Merry Christmas, and placed what I thought was a toy in my cart. Looking closer, I saw it was a glass jar. The label called it a Christmas jar, filled with money.

I tried to say thank you; the woman and child were gone. I was speechless and crying. She brought my spirits up! I was having a difficult time to be happy this year! I am happy and enjoying the holidays now. Bless this woman for sharing with me.
