KeyBank announces promotion, new hires

Tracy Morris has been promoted to vice president of KeyBank in Alaska as a middle market relationship manager. Morris is responsible for providing financial solutions to commercial clients, maintaining existing relationships and developing new business opportunities for Alaska's south-central, interior and Aleutian chain communities.
In December 2012, Morris achieved the Certified Wealth Strategist® designation administered by Cannon Financial Institute. Obtaining the designation involved a six-month course of study in complex wealth management issues.  
She began her banking career with KeyBank18 years ago while studying business management at the University of Alaska Anchorage. Most recently, Morris worked in Key Private Bank where she developed and maintained enduring relationships with high net worth clients. Wealth strategies that she built for them took into consideration investment, taxes, charitable giving, business banking, retirement, estate and trust planning, insurance planning and credit and deposit services.

Kevin McCormick has joined KeyBank in Alaska as a retail relationship manager at the Fairbanks Main branch.  He is responsible for providing financial solutions to small business and consumer clients, maintaining existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

A Fairbanks native, McCormick is a 2011 graduate of the University of Arizona. He is a member of the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce.  

Jazz Janda has been selected to manage KeyBank’s Ketchikan branch. In his new role, he is responsible for day-to-day operations as well as providing financial services, including investments and mortgages, to both small business and consumer clients.


Janda has more than 12 years of financial service and sales management experience. As a new member to Key, he brings to the table a customer service experience for our clients that is sure to satisfy!  He has been an international sales and finance trainer for A World of Training since 2009.   

Jazz sat on the Board of Directors for a local credit union in the state of Colorado. Jazz will be seeking involvement in the community in which he resides to better familiarize himself with the needs of his community in order to provide exceptional customer service.
