Letter: Harboring ancient grudge

In my “libelous” reply (letters Jan. 28) to Mr. Al-Hajj Frederick Minshall I intentionally mirrored his baseless, vile rhetoric (Jan. 26) with my own. “Reap what you sow” moments can get pretty ugly, huh? But labeling all of the French as “Crusaders” was an indication to this reader that Mr. Minshall has been harboring a grudge that originated as far back as the first millennium — a long time to harbor anything.

From the little I have gleaned from the great teachers like Buddha, Lao-tze and others there lies a recurring message of a path — a path like the one where my Master guides me: “… The kingdom of God is within …” Peace!
