Suspicious Person/Activity – A drunken man phoned police and said he was naked, cold, and exposing himself to passing vehicles and in need of assistance. He was unable to name or describe his location. Officers searched the common and not so common haunts of naked drunks but did not find the man in question. No other calls were received from the man.
Criminal Mischief – Caller reported the rear window of his vehicle had been broken. Investigation indicated that an airsoft gun, kept in the rear of the vehicle might have played a role in the damage.
Trespass – Drunken homeowner asked that two women be barred from his home for the next year. An officer reminded the drunk that he often makes such requests only to rescind them the next day, and told him to call police again when he's sober if he still wishes to take that course of action.
Traffic Crime – Caller reported an erratic driver. Officers located the sober but cell-phone using driver, who denied any poor driving, and advised him to not attempt to both drive and talk on the phone at the same time.
Animal – Caller reported an eagle on the ground, flapping its wings, possibly injured. Information passed to Fish and Wildlife.
Animal – Caller requested a welfare check on his neighbor's cat. Officers confirmed that the cat was being cared for.
Ambulance Request – EMS provided care and transport for a patient who had been struck in the head with a case of frozen fish.
Noise Disturbance – Homeowner reported a neighbor was working on his vehicle, was creating a lot of noise and refused to turn off the engine when asked to do so. After police were en route the homeowner called to say that the neighbor had ceased work for the night.
Welfare Check – Concerned caller asked officers to check on a friend who was intoxicated and walking around near the landfill in clothing inappropriate for the weather. An officer found the intoxicated friend, who did not desire any assistance but accepted a ride to her home.
Trespass – Homeowners asked that officers remove an intoxicated woman from their residence. The woman, who refused to leave their bathroom, berated the responding officer for his youth and his refusal to take her to the house next door before finally leaving the premises.
