United Physical Therapy is proud to announce the promotion of two employees. Belinda Smith of the downtown clinic and Margeana Benting of the midtown clinic have both been promoted to share in the managing of the daily business operations.
Each has been with the company for 11 years in receptionist positions and have developed their professional knowledge and skill to the level of manager leading to this recent promotion.
Smith and Benting will share the responsibilities including billing, collections, training and supervising front office staff, streamlining procedures, payroll, accounts payable, purchasing, and inventory. Together they will be responsible for credentialing physical therapists with United Physical Therapy in attaining preferred provider status and they are leading the interview process for hiring additional front desk help.
