Clark Rosencrans joined R&M as a Special Inspector in July 2012. A recent relocate from Colorado, Clark has more than seven years of experience in the construction industry, serving as a laboratory technician and special inspector for a variety of Colorado firms. He is WAQTC qualified in embankment and base, aggregate and density, and is an ICC Special Inspector in Spray-Applied Fireproofing, structural masonry, and commercial buildings. He is also certified as a post tension inspector (Level I/II).
Gene LeQuire, PLS joined R&M's Surveying and Mapping Department as a Senior Land Surveyor in
September 2012. He has been a surveyor in Alaska since 1974, and has worked on numerous projects around the state. He is experienced in the use of electronic data collection techniques for all types of mapping; performing geodetic, state plane and GPS computations; and records research techniques and the interpretation of those records. He has also been responsible for supervising survey crews, quality control, and computations on design, construction, and cadastral surveys. Gene has an A.S. in Survey Technology from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is a Professional Land Surveyor registered in Alaska.
