Concerning House Bill 16, I say let's start with the bill's author. Annually Wes Keller receives more public funds than any 15 poor families.
So by all means let's pass House Bill 16 — just as soon as the bill is modified to require Rep. Keller and his fellow parasites in Juneau to provide their monthly liquor receipts for audit, and to submit illicit-drug urinalysis results before they receive their state checks.
