My heroes are senators Giessel, Bishop, McGuire, Coghill, Dyson, Fairclough, Huggins, Kelly, Dunleavy, Meyer and Micciche. They recognized that the Alaska economy was doomed under ACES. This uncompetitive taxation was draining our economy dry. The measure of a healthy economy is not how much money is in the state coffers but how many jobs there are and how much money there is in people's pockets.
