Environmental analyst rejoins USKH

ANCHORAGE, Alaska – USKH Inc. is pleased to announce that Kacy Hillman has joined the multi-disciplined firm as an environmental analyst. Hillman previously worked at USKH in 2008.

Hillman provides USKH's clients with more than eight years of experience on a wide array of projects, with particular expertise in wetland science, including wetland delineations and wetland functions and value assessments. She is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist.

"Kacy rejoining USKH is a dream come-true," says Sara Lindberg, USKH's Environmental manager. "Kacy has the wetlands and field expertise, the client contacts and the familiarity with USKH and what we do that allows her to seamlessly get back into step like she never left. Kacy is excited about business development opportunities in Southcentral and Southeast Alaska, and we are enthusiastically supporting her in her goals."

Since rejoining USKH, Hillman has been busy working on a variety of projects, including improvements to Glacier Highway in Juneau and a pair of projects at the Nome Airport for the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities.

Hillman is a graduate of the University of Alaska Anchorage, and she received her Master of Science in Environmental Science from Alaska Pacific University in 2007. She is Vice President of the Alaska Chapter of the Society of Wetland Scientists, a member of the Association of State Wetland Managers, a member of the Alaska Association of Environmental Professionals and a member of Lead:North.
