Halestorm, Neon Trees, Aaron Tippin, more to play Alaska State Fair

UPDATE: The Alaska State Fair announced on April 11 that Neon Trees was forced to cancel its appearance due to a scheduling conflict.

ORIGINAL POST: The Alaska State Fair on Monday announced six more acts to perform at this year's fair, including country artists Brantley Gilbert and Aaron Tippin, alt-pop band Neon Trees, modern rockers Halestorm, comedian Brian Regan and contemporary Christian group Tenth Avenue North. They join a concert series in Palmer that already includes Bill Cosby, Foreigner and 3 Doors Down, among others

The schedule is below, with one more show left to be announced. Tickets are on sale now via alaskastatefair.org. Prices do not include fair admission, which is require to attend the shows. Convenience fees also aren't included.

Foreigner, Thursday, Aug. 22:  7 p.m., $35 for general admission, $70 for reserved seating.  

Halestorm, Friday, Aug, 23: 7 p.m., $30 for general admission, $55 for reserved area (no seating).   

Brantley Gilbert, Saturday, Aug. 24: 7 p.m., $35 for general admission, $50 for reserved area (no seating).  

Bill Cosby, Sunday, Aug. 25: 3 p.m., $40 for general admission, $80 for reserved seating. 

Love and Theft, Monday, Aug. 26: With opening act featuring John McEuen of the Nitty Gritty Dirty Band, 7 p.m., $25. Limited seating available on first come, first serve basis.   

Tenth Avenue North, Tuesday, Aug. 27: 7 p.m., $25. Limited seating available on first come, first serve basis. 

Aaron Tippin, Wednesday, Aug. 28: 7 p.m., $20 for general admission, $40 for reserved seating.  

Neon Trees, Thursday, Aug. 29: 7 p.m., $35 for general admission, $50 for reserved area (no seating).  

3 Doors Down, Friday, Aug. 30: 7 p.m., $35 for general admission, $65 for reserved seating.  

Brian Regan, Saturday, Aug. 31:  7 p.m., $35 for general admission, $55 for reserved seating. 

Phillip Phillips, Monday, Sept. 2:  3 p.m., $35 for general admission, $55 for reserved seating.
