UAA junior distance runner Susan Bick and sophomore distance runner Dylan Anthony were both honored Monday by the Great Northwest Athletic Conference.
Bick was named female track athlete of the week after posting NCAA provisional qualifying times in both the 800 meters (2 minutes, 12.47 seconds) and 1,500 meters (4:33.78) over the weekend at meets in California.
Anthony, also competing in California, posted the fourth-fastest men's 10,000-meter time (29:53.28) in GNAC history, and that earned him a share of the men's GNAC track athlete of the week honor.
