Gwich'in "Lear" coming to Anchorage

Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre will present a single performance of their adaptation of "King Lear," "Lear Khehkwaii," set in Alaska in the 1800s and partially in the Gwich'in Athabaskan dialect. The performance will take place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, at the Alaska Native Heritage Center.
