Letter: Alaskans need course in Oil 101

I agree with Rep. Wes Keller’s April 1st letter that secondary schools in Alaska should include a course in the U.S. Constitution.

Even more important, however, would be a course in Alaska petroleum economics. It’s become clear to me over time that a large portion of our state’s population, including many members of our Legislature, know very little about private enterprise and the economics of our state’s most important industry.
