By now you know the Alaska Aces have no wiggle room -- their 2-1 OT loss at Stockton tonight puts them down 3-1 in that best-of-7 ECHL series entering Sunday's Game 5 in California.

So, let's check out some other playoff action.

In the ECHL, Idaho used two goals from Tyler Gron and 29 saves from Josh Robinson to put a 6-0 pounding on Ontario that ties that series 2-2.

T.J. Syner scored off an assist for former Aces center Ethan Cox at 4:46 of OT to deliver Reading a 3-2 win over Florida that ties that series 2-2.

And Louis Domingue's 39 saves gave Gwinnett a 4-2 win over Cincy in another series now tied 2-2.

In the NAHL, the Fairbanks Ice Dogs lost 1-0 at Wenatchee in the opener of a best-of-5 series. Wenatchee's David Mead scored with 2:11 left and Robert Nichols stopped 18 shots. Fairbanks' Steve Perry made 16 saves.

In the AHL, former Aces winger Joey Crabb opened the scoring on the power play and had four shots for Hershey in a series-opening 5-2 win at Providence.

And in the WHL, the Portland Winterhawks and defenseman Josh Hanson of Eagle River eliminated Kamloops with a 4-1 win that earned them the Western Conference title and a spot in the league Finals. Hanson, 19, owns 1-1--2 and +2 totals in 15 playoff games.
