Letter: Trombley's ideas wrong-headed

Take a look around at some of the seedier strip malls in town or housing so close together a firetruck can't get down the street.

Mr. Trombley says, "Permits are taking too long. Government is not friendly to industry and it's time to take a new approach."

His approach seems to be let the Pete Zamarillos of this world build what they want. To heck with any public oversight, let industry decide what is best for our city.

With Mr. Trombley's approach we're in for more run-down strip malls and housing unfit to live in.
