Paul Dillahay named ASRC federal president and CEO

Arctic Slope Regional Corporation today announced the appointment of Paul Dillahay as ASRC Federal President and CEO. Dillahay is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving growth and organizational success.

Dillahay previously served as ASRC Federal’s chief operating officer and had principal responsibility for day-to-day operations of ASRC Federal subsidiaries and the company’s Shared Services Center.

“Paul Dillahay brings tremendous leadership, experience and vision to ASRC Federal and has contributed to our success in the federal marketplace,” said Rex A. Rock, Sr., ASRC president and CEO. “During his tenure as chief operating officer, Paul led efforts to optimize service delivery and performance, and I am confident in his ability to lead the continuing development of ASRC Federal.”

Prior to joining ASRC Federal in 2011, Dillahay was president and COO of USIS. He previously spent seven years in finance and operations at Lockheed Martin, where he implemented growth and leadership initiatives and led a broad business line providing support to the defense and intelligence community.

“I am honored to be named to this position and to have the opportunity to lead ASRC Federal at such an important time in the company’s development,” said Dillahay. “ASRC Federal is well-positioned to provide cost-competitive solutions to government customers and industry partners, and I look forward to continuing to work with our talented team to accelerate growth across the enterprise.”

Dillahay succeeds Ken Asbury, who left ASRC Federal to pursue other interests.
