I would like to propose a children's help line. This line would need to be registered by the parents and would include home address and information. Then if the children are threatened or afraid of adults that are partying or abusive, they are able to dial the line and the VPSO or cops could intervene, or even a neighborhood watch. Let's get this made into a bill!
And please — if you are planning on drinking or drugging on Mother's Day, please do it away from your children. If you are a neighbor, call the cops if you see drunks around the children.
