With all of Rep. Les Gara's "fact checking" in his blind opposition to SB 21 the fact still remains that TAPS oil flow is declining at the rate of 6 percent annually and the purpose of SB 21 is to reverse that trend and increase the flow rate. No Alaskan in their right mind should be against increasing the flow of oil through TAPS with tax cut incentives to the companies that can build that volume.
Les Gara reminds me of Nero, who fiddled while Rome burned.
