Like so many I remain saddended and dismayed at the loss of KHAR's music.
With an existing 24/7 sports talk show I find it hard to believe the owners thought we needed yet another. I will never forget lying in a tent in the middle of "nowhere" Alaska on a full moon night. I had wrapped a radio with turns of wire, strung more wire between two trees, and attached one end to a metal tent stake, the other to the hung wire. KHAR melodically came through to that river off the Yukon. It fit beautifully into that serene night and then the wolf howls joined the music. Truly unforgettable.
Please, someone bring back our cherished relaxing music. There is no other to replace it. Thank you.
