New eatery opens at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport

Grizzly's Pizza & Wings Opens at Anchorage Airport

(Anchorage, Alaska) – Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) today announced that Grizzly's Pizza & Wings has opened in the pre-security area of the South Terminal adjacent to the A and B Concourse ticketing area.

The restaurant is open from 6 a.m. until midnight daily. Morning service features items such as breakfast wraps and biscuits and gravy served from opening until 11 a.m. After11 a.m., the restaurant switches to lunch and dinner fare, including pizza, chicken wings, sandwiches, and hot dogs. A separate take-away counter is open from 5 a.m. until 10 p.m. In addition to items to-go, the counter serves espresso drinks featuring Alaska-based Kaladi Brothers Coffee.

"We're delighted to have more options for travelers and locals on the pre-security side of the airport. This family friendly venue will be a great spot for travelers and locals," said Javier Robinson, ANC Concessions Manager.

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities oversees 254 airports, 11 ferries serving 35 communities, 5,619 miles of highway and 720 public facilities throughout the state of Alaska. The mission of the department is to Keep Alaska Moving through service and infrastructure.
