Letter: Will Snowden be drone target?

At the next news conference/interview given by the president or one of his spokespeople, will someone in the Washington press corps or national media please ask the following question:

Now that cyber attacks against the U.S. government have been deemed acts of war and Edward Snowden's cyber leaks have moved the government to officially charge him with espionage, does his wielding of a weapon of (cyber) war and his official status as an enemy spy who is hiding in a foreign country also qualify him as an "enemy combatant" and therefore make him a legitimate target of an immediate drone assassination and if not, why not?
