It's time to repeal Alaska's constitutional amendment banning gay marriage. We need to stop listening to religious and political bullies who would have us conform to their intolerant, discriminatory rhetoric. Alaskans used to value individualism. We can be a state with diverse religious beliefs and still have compassion and respect for individual differences.
Let's become that kinder place.
