Police: Missing woman vulnerable, needs medication

A missing Anchorage woman, described by police as a vulnerable adult, hasn't contacted her family in a week so officials are asking for the public's help in finding her.

Traci Hill, 52, requires "ongoing maintenance medication, and her family is concerned for her well-being," according to a release issued Tuesday afternoon by the Anchorage Police Department.

Hill last contacted her family in Illinois around 9 p.m. Aug. 5. She indicated to family members and her landlord that she planned to travel to Illinois, but she never arrived, police say.

No foul play is suspected at this time.

Those with information on Hill's whereabouts are asked to contact Officer Wendi Shackelford at 907-786-2692
