Juneau began its journey into medium-school status with a bang Saturday, trouncing host Ketchikan 63-6 in a Southeast Conference football game.

Juneau, which was reclassified from a large school to a medium school this season, gained 302 yards of offense to Ketchikan's 72 and had already established the final score by halftime. No points were scored in the second half, all of which was conducted under a running clock due to mercy rules.

Juneau quarterback Dorian Isaak threw for 118 yards and three touchdowns and also ran for 80 yards and a score. Demetrius Campos caught a 60-yard touchdown pass from Isaak and returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown.

Conner Hicks scored Ketchikan's only touchdown on an 87-yard breakaway that upped his total to 96 yards on 16 carries.
