Rewarding children for attending school with a vehicle? That is a most absurd idea.
How about holding the parents responsible for their children? Parents have an obligation to make sure their children attend classes. Punish the parents for the actions of their children. Install some values in your children for a change. Here is an idea … if the child will not attend class as required, make the parent attend. Parents, you need to man up (sorry if that is not politically correct).
