Troopers pull Wasilla man over and find open alcoholic beverage, Florida warrants

A Wasilla man was arrested Saturday after troopers pulled him over and found that he had several warrants out of Florida in addition to an open alcoholic beverage in his truck.

Larry M. Huber, 28, was pulled over for speeding on the Parks Highway at Trunk Road at 11:48 p.m., according to an Alaska State Troopers dispatch.

Troopers investigating found that Huber had two active warrants from Florida for "Uttering A Forged Instrument," which means distributing or offering a forged document, and "Dealing in Stolen Property."

He was also cited for having an open container of alcohol in the truck, according to troopers.

Huber was taken to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility on $20,000 bail.
