Wine of the week: Cover Drive Cabernet Sauvignon

The Cover Drive Cabernet Sauvignon by Jim Barry has been popular for years. It comes from the Coonawarra, a wine-growing area that sits atop a massive limestone plate covered by rich terra rossa soils. Located about 250 miles southeast of Adelade in South Australia, this area is known around the world for its cabernet sauvignon. Grab a bottle and enjoy the exquisite "Cabernet Leaf" aroma, the deep black cherry fruit, the density on the pallet and the focus on the finish. It's cabernet, so it pairs well with rich sauces and meats. Costs about $24.
