There were 25 Republicans who betrayed their principles and voted for cloture, giving Democrats the power to implement this terrible law known as Obamacare, and Sen. Lisa Murkowski was one of them. She is a traitor to Alaska and to the rest of our country.
Did she even bother to watch Sen. Ted Cruz and see what true leadership looks like? What she and the other 24 Republican senators did is the ultimate betrayal to the United States.
Just a few weeks ago, the Washington establishment said the Republican-led House of Representatives could never pass a funding bill that would keep the government open while defunding Obamacare. They were wrong, but Sen. Murkowski helped give Harry Reid and the Democrats a procedural green light to fund Obamacare, an atrocity that is not affordable and destroys our freedom.
She could have stood strong and opposed cloture, which would have defeated Reid's plan to fund Obamacare. However, she waffled and voted for cloture, and helped grease the skids for Sen. Harry Reid's plan to fund Obamacare and now she owns it.
