Industry veteran named to head NANA Construction

(Anchorage, AK) – The Board of Directors of NANA Construction, LLC has selected Sagen Juliussen to be the company's new President. Juliussen has worked for NANA Construction since its founding in 2008, most recently as Vice President of Business Development.

Juliussen brings more than 28 years of experience to the position, including work as a vice president, owner representative, contractor and craftsman. He has been involved in many major projects in the oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation and mining industries.

At NANA Construction, Juliussen supervised the company's Big Lake fabrication complex and its work for Teck Alaska at the Red Dog Mine. Before joining NANA, he was a contractor for the ConocoPhillips capital projects group.

Juliussen previously worked for CH2M HILL Alaska/VECO where he was responsible for estimating, schedule and proposal development for fabrication and field construction projects. He served as a general foreman, directly supervising craft personnel in the fabrication and shipping of hundreds of truckable modules.
