Seems like pretty simple logic to me.
Each indoor tennis court would serve two players with each having their own equipment.
An indoor basketball court might serve a whole bunch of kids with only one basketball.
Renovated and/or reopened libraries (can you say Dimond Mall?) would serve thousands — in fact, everyone in Anchorage, young, old, rich, poor, healthy or disabled. Are you listening, Mr. Mayor and Assembly? No disrespect intended here, but "Duh?"
