Zoo Boo, 5-8 p.m. Oct. 31, Alaska Zoo, 4731 O'Malley Road. Treat stations and activities all over the zoo and a bonfire for warming toes. The entire zoo will be decorated in Halloween spirit, so bring your camera to photograph your trick-or-treaters. Little Nordic Ski Club, Kincaid Outdoor Center, 9401 Raspberry Road. A class for children to learn to country ski. No experience is necessary. Choose evening or Saturday practice. Practice locations may change according to snow/weather conditions. Skiers need to provide their own equipment. Parent meetings are held the first meeting of the session.
