Lynx hold off Wolves

Eagle River's Cathryn Papasodora fired a 292 for the best individual score and teammate Tristan Henderson added a 287, but it wasn't enough to stop Dimond in a Cook Inlet Conference riflery meet Friday.

The Lynx prevailed with 3,262 points behind Hanna O'Brien's team-high 282.

Noble earned top honors with a 285, with Wood one shot behind at 284. The Eagles won the team competition by 42 points.

South's Adam Cusack and Chugiak's Delany Hawkins both fired 289s to share the meet's high score. Five shots back at 284 were South's Kyle Milke and Tyler Winn, while Morgan Howard added a 281 for the winners.
