If not Amazon, then try the NSA
I think Elise Patkotak's suggestion that it would have been better if Amazon had launched the Affordable Care Act is a good one. (ADN, Oct. 30) Better still would have been if the NSA had been given the task. It already knows (1) who is eligible under the act and (2) enough about each person to convince him or her to sign up.
