The Daily News devoted a quarter of a page to Gail Collins "comments" (Saturday) that "Presidential apologies rarely seem to come from the heart." The latest one didn't. His apology for the Obamacare mess came straight out of the pages of "Rules for Radicals," Obama's playbook. I'd give you the page numbers but I've returned the book to the library.
