When I read the headline about Gov. Parnell refusing to expand Medicaid, I thought, "Here is a man who has never known what it's like to desperately need medical care, but be unable to afford it." I wonder if he's ever gone without anything he truly needed — except in one area.
He ought to be going about today singing the tin man's song from "The Wizard of Oz." You know the one: "If I Only Had a Heart."
