Here's Anchorage Animal Care and Control's Adoption of the Week, courtesy of Brooke Taylor, AACCC public relations coordinator.
Please meet Champ, an adult, male, domestic shorthair mix cat. This easy-going and friendly youngster enjoys any petting and attention. Champ enjoys observing his surroundings and isn't at all needy or demanding. But, his gorgeous golden eyes light up when you talk to him and pet him. This handsome tabby is now waiting for a family to love. A real charmer! Special thank you to our partner, Friends of Pets, for covering the cost of Champ's neuter surgery, reducing his adoption fees by $80! Champ can now be adopted for $62, which includes his vaccinations and microchip.
Adoption update: Mikey and Gorgeous have been adopted. :)
