The Anchorage Daily News reports that Gov. Parnell has created, over the next two budget years, a $3 billion deficit, yet he also plans to take his second pay raise in three years. He needs to get his priorities straight.
Then again, maybe Parnell has set his priorities for himself just the way he wants.
