Illingworth, JD, honored by the National Judicial College

Kevin Illingworth, JD, UAF's Interior-Aleutians Campus's Tribal Management associate professor, was honored by The National Judicial College for five years of outstanding service as an instructor specializing in federal Indian law and how it applies to Alaska tribal courts.

As program head for the Tribal Management program, he teaches courses in topics such as Tribal Government, Federal Indian Law, and Tribal Justice. A recognized leading authority in Alaska tribal justice and federal Indian law, Illingworth has presented at numerous statewide and national conferences, including the Annual Bureau of Indian Affairs Alaska Rural Service Providers Conference, the National Indian Child Welfare Conference, and numerous Alaska tribal court trainings.
