Have you noticed in the ADN 12/24/13 Page A-8, "Izembek: Road supporters say they don't plan to give up fight." On the same page Gov. Parnell says Interior's decision is "unconscionable" and another "irrational decision by the federal government that denies Alaskans access — in this case access to emergency treatment."
What about the 40,000-plus Alaskans who are the working poor and could use Medicaid expansion that the governor is denying them for their medical emergencies? Who is calling the kettle black here?
