Letter: Fast-talking ads just too much

Here’s just one more reason I prefer newspapers.

I’m not a fan of the trend in radio commercials the car dealerships are using that calls for the announcer to speed talk through all legal jargon. I know they have to put it in the ad, but gee whiz.

What if I walked up to a car salesman and said, “Hey I’d really like to test drive that new sports car you have in the showroom. How fast does it go and do you have a blue one?”
