First Watch: Clinton papers to be unsealed today

Ukraine latest: Gunmen seized two airports in Crimea early this morning as Russian president Vladimir Putin pledged aid to the Eastern European nation.

Clinton papers: Thousands of previously-sealed records will be released starting at 1 p.m. today by the Clinton Presidential Library, including confidential advice given to then-First Lady Hillary Clinton.

Supreme video: For the first time, a recording was made public of the Supreme Court in session. An advocacy group posted the video to YouTube in protest over campaign finance laws.
