Results from Friday night's high school basketball


ACS 75, Houston 34

Calvin Hoffman pumped in 18 points and three others hit double figures Friday for Anchorage Christian in a 74-34 boys basketball win over Houston at ACS.

Emanuel Lopez scored 12 points, Bobby Wilson 11 and Christiano Lopez 10 for the Lions, who led 21-6 after one quarter.

Jeff Baird netted 13 points to lead Houston.

Dimond 69, Bristol Bay 53

Dimond’s Austin Osborne dominated in a 69-53 win over Bristol Bay, scoring 29 points and grabbing 13 rebounds Friday in an endowment game at Dimond.

Zach Deloney added 14 points and Carlos Diaz chipped in 12 for the Lynx.

Everett Moorcroft’s 17 points and Wyatt Babiak’s 14 points powered Bristol Bay.

Colony 53, Palmer 50

Colony sank 11 of 12 free throws in the fourth quarter Friday to claim a 53-50 win over Palmer.

Damien Fulp scored eight of his game-high 21 points in the final eight minutes to help the Knights rally. Palmer led 35-30 after the third quarter but was outscored 18-15 in the last quarter.

Palmer was paced by James Nisbett (14 points) and Cody Wells (12).


ACS 69, Houston 22

Dallas Dickerson’s 

17 points topped a balance scoring attack and fueled ACS’s 69-22 victory over Houston in a Friday girls basketball game at ACS.

A dozen players scored for the Lions. Savannah Wells and Shana Barber scored six points apiece for Houston.
