Jermain, Dunnagan & Owens, P.C. is pleased to announce Khalial L. Withen has joined the firm as an associate. Ms. Withen joined the firm after clerking for Chief Justice Dana Fabe of the Alaska Supreme Court. She also served as a law clerk for the Environmental Crimes Section of the U.S. Department of Justice and a law firm specializing in land use and municipal law. Her practice consists primarily of civil litigation.
